every time i log in to my yahoo messenger i always received an application error

what should i do, i cannot use my yahoo messenger anymore even if i downloaded a new version of it, pls help me to recover my ym again, i really need this messenger

Tuesday, January 19th, 2010everytime I launch Yahoo messenger I get this error and the program shuts down immediately. I work in IT at a company and multiple user are having the same issue. I checked over the net and found 2 potential fixes that did not work. (completely delete the directory and re-install and disabling alternat user input from office install) any help would be great.
