Few days ago i got my computer formatted (as there was virus) After that i day my comp suddenly turned off. It turned out to be a Blue screen error. So i downloaded kaspersky anti-virus 2009. It found a virus( while running full scan for the third time in a row) called Trojan.Win32.Agent.avcy but couldn’t repair it so i told it to delete it.
But after doing a full scan two more times it again found the virus in a different place.(Has found the virus 5 times in total – every time in a different place.) So According to the suggestion given in yahoo answers by some people I ran a full sys scan in safe mode.But it found nothing. Today i find comp really slow . So here i am in ’safe mode with networking’ mode typing this lengthy biography of my comp desperately asking for help.

Also when i am not in safe mode blue screen error occurs almost every 30 min. And i currently have E NOD 32 and kaspersky internet security 2009(updating).So once agiain heelllllllp meeeeeeeee.!!!

Thursday, February 4th, 2010When I create a file name and change it’s name to autorun.inf or boot.exe, I don’t see it any more in windows explorer (it disappears). But when I create a new file and try to rename it to autorun.inf or boot.exe, I receive a error message that the file I try to rename to has already existed. I have check the options to show hidden file and system file in windows explorer option but I still can’t see the file I’ve created even thought I can see some other common hidden/system file like autoexec.bat, boot.ini, ntdetect.com, io.sys, config.sys,… in windows explorer. I use some text editor and I can open the file with name above (autorun.inf and boot.exe) by type it’s name from the open file dialog (I still can’t see this file). After modify it content, I run cmd and when I type command
type autorun.inf (let’s say the file I’ve modified is autorun.inf, the same happen to the file with the name boot.exe)
I see the the file’s content. Then I type command
del autorun.inf
I receive the message “Could not find autorun.inf”
Also when I insert a CD-ROM to my drive, if the CD content the file autorun.inf, I can not see it content from windows explorer
Does anybody know if this is a virus or I have misconfiged the autorun/autoplay policy? And how can I fix this?

Friday, January 29th, 2010i recently updated all the virus defn of nortan antivirus n did a full sys scan. it detected copy.exe (trojan horse) in all drives n quarantined them. nw when i open any of my drives it gives me an error message that “windows cannot find copy.exe”

Computer Problem… Hard Drive Corruption Or Bios Virus?
Wednesday, January 6th, 2010It started last night. My computer would sound like it was shutting off and restarting abnormally, however it would still run. It sounds like it was overheating. Then it went to the blue screen of death with this error code:
“KERNEL_DATA_INPAE_ERROR”
While also mentioning something about “atapi.sys”
Now whenever I start it up it does the following:
-Displays intel screen
-Goes to “Press any key to boot from disc” screen.
-After I wait for the 5 periods after the message, random characters appear all over the screen.
Ex.) ABCDEFGHIJ >>>> Aé_DEýGðI+
Some will be flashing, others won’t. Some are blue, red, green, yellow, ect. and others are plain black.
-Then my computer freezes nd I have to restart.
MY FIX ATTEMPTS~~
-Reinstalled windows
-Repaired windows
-Booted with disc
-Tried to start in safe mode, wouldn’t go to it
-Uninstalled windows, installed again.
-Tried booted using external hard drive, it didn’t reconize it, but it did rconize it when installing windows.
I’m out of options, and I REALLY NEED THIS HARD DRIVE. I have years of pictures, documents (School + work), and other files on it. I need to find a way to extract them at all costs.
Please help…

Friday, January 1st, 2010I ran Symantec Antivirus and Spysweeper, but they don’t find anything. Some settings in Spysweeper I can’t access. Also, I can’t access e.g. the internet explorer options. I used the sasser removal tool on Symantec.com, but apparently I don’t have that virus. I also ran SAV and Spysweeper in ’safe mode’, but it didn’t find anything. Can anybody help?
