Wednesday, January 20th, 2010My online ybrowser isn’t working, message says missing gifview.dll file. I have tried the support tool and also went online looking for gifview.dll file. Decided to use ErrorKiller to fix the registry but it didn’t do the job either. Do I have to reinstall the whole dsl program in order to get this one file back? I hope someone has the right answer to this problem. I can’t even update the Turbo Tax Program it keeps going to the ybrowser instead of IE which is how I get on the internet instead of the ybrowser. Thanks to anyone that can help me on this.

How Can I Access My Outlook Express Mail And Address Book Using Vb?
Thursday, October 22nd, 2009I want to be able to manage my outlook express email and address book using Visual Basic. I’m not talking about sending or receiving emails from the server using VB, I can do that already. I want to access mail that OE has already moved to the local machine. I’ve spent a day researching this and my head is spinning. Most of the stuff I find has to do with sending and receiving. Only a couple mentioned accessing OE’s stored emails/addressbook (which is what I want) and they needed third party libraries or controls.
There seems to be multiple flavors of microsoft stuff: MAPI, Simple MAPI, CDO, but none of them are jumping out at me, I’m sure I’m missing something.
If you have a simple (and complete) example of what declarations I need (or OCX’s) and the objects, properties and methods I’ll need, that’d be a great thing.

How Do I Find Out What Programs Are Using My Com3 Port Becuz I Cannot Connect To Netzero?
Monday, October 12th, 2009before i upgraded to vista it was working just fine. i use netzero since my school blocked limewire and other places like myspace. after i upgraded to vista business it keeps saying error 633 another program is using that port and it tells me to do the commat alt delete and end all programs exept the explorer and sys. doin that causes certain things to not work like my volume keys and stuff like that. is there any other way to figure out wat program is using my com3 port. i went to switch ports and a bunch of them came up and only two of them said they were being used. please help cuz this is money out my pockets every month

How Can I Remove Dll Applications If I Don’t Know What Program Is Using Them?
Tuesday, October 6th, 2009By mistake I downloaded something that had bundled dll’s with them. I realized that this also included a virus and spyware, which I think I am rid of. When I tried to remove the applications that are hijacking my computer (my homepage, for example), it says another application is using it. How can I delete these? Can I click “always open with” , choose some program and make sure it isn’t open, and then go in and delete it? Or will I destroy everything? Please help!!!
