userinit is run by the Windows logon program, to run logon scripts. It’s part of Windows. An error means that at least part of your Windows installation is damaged. You should run your repair CD or your repair partition’s repair program.

Saturday, December 5th, 2009I boot and it loads clear up untill my desktop is about to load then gives me the userinit.exe apllication failed error. Only my wallpaper is there with no icons. i can get to the desktop by going through the ctrl alt dlt task manager but then get a rundll32.exe error. Ive tried every spyware scan there is and this is obviously going to take some registry editing. Can somebody please help me?

Saturday, November 28th, 2009hello everyone , i did a big mistake of deleting userinit.exe registry entries while cleaning virus and spyware of my latop and now when i log on , i get a blank screen after logging on to my login screen …… i can access task manager by alt-ctrl-del and run registry editor but when i try to run cmd , i cant …..it show some error . ok another problem ….my dvd-cd rom doesnt work ? 
…….. i need big time help !!!!!! pls help
Userinit.exe Error, Please Help?
Tuesday, September 15th, 2009When I started up my comp. and logged in, I got and error message that said “The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application” and when my comp. loaded the destop was clear except for my wallpaper. I am currently using the comp with the taskmanager. I notice that explorer.exe is not processing so I start a new task typing in “explorer.exe” Then I see explorer.exe show up in the menu and disappear as quickly. Is their anyway I can fix my userinit problem or just be able to reopen explorer.exe so I can view my destop again.

My laptop wont load all the way. I get an error in failed properly userinit.exe.
I cant load in safe mode or in any other mood. It reboots after I click on the login screen name. I tried the safe mode and all. It just reboots and gives me the same error.
Anything I can do?

i havnt added any new hardware or any new software.
im using AVG antivirus
ive tried the hijack method didnt work
i tried repair CD didnt work
i tried all safe modes didnt work
i tried Last known Configuration and it didnt work
pls help and thnx =)
