From what I hear, this is happening because of a Windows security update. Apparently after the update, many users were getting this error with many of their applications.
First let me tell you – DO NOT EVER delete DLL files, unless you know what you are doing. DLL files are files used to communicate between programs, and if you delete the wrong one, then it could affect your computer even starting up.
Microsoft has issused a fix for this that is suppose to work.

Flash Player And User Adminstraton Rights.?
Sunday, September 20th, 2009Trying to use Brilliant but canceled dot com I am unable because Flash-player dot ocx is not installed.
I use public terminals where macromedia, not a flash storage device, Flashplayer dot ocx is not being installed.
I want to use ONLY my favorite channels on Yahoo TV BETA for a My Yahoo page-module but I can access and load my favorite channels through tv.yahoo but when I update My Yahoo! webpage the page will not update and the kludgy set of channels are uploaded.
I am frustrated that I would need Flash to enable many things that Yahoo, Microsoft and PC manufactures would let me do and then user terminals like the public library would not provide the Macromedia program.
I think this is unfair and unnecessary, but more important mis-leading. Can I get my My Yahoo page to update from a public terminal asap please?

How Do I Tell What Program Or User Has Access To A .dll File?
Tuesday, August 11th, 2009A .dll file on my home computer showed up as a virus on my pc. I have just uninstalled norton anti-virus and added panda software which seems to have found some things and “disinfected” them but the .dll file is still there. Its modified date is 6/3/06 and it didn’t come up as a virus until yesterday.
How do I know if this is a real file that I need? How can I tell what program(s) is using it?
Thanks!
