Error In Sp2 Upgrade?
Thursday, September 3rd, 2009hey i was on the process of upgrading my windows sp1 to sp2 when and error occurred while copying.. it says:
an error occurred copying file dtscsi.sys to C:\$WIN_NT$.~BT\dtscsi.sys.
the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process..
(if u skip file, the file will will not be copied, this is intended for advanced users)
—-im upgrading through a cd..
do you have any idea what process should i close to continue installing the sp2 ?? i tried to closed all the programs running in the task bar processes but only those who are not system-related (anti virus, etc.) still the error occurs.. should i skip it?? if i should , tell me what to do next. thanks!
