If You Want To Uninstall Flash Player How Can You Tell If Files That Need To Be Uninstalled Are In Use?

When I went to uninstall flash player it said “Flash9b.ocx” is currently in use” how do you make it not in use? i need to update my flash player but i have to uninstall the other one first. PLEASE HELP

How Can I Fix Setup.exe Error When Trying To Uninstall A Program?

How Can I Delete A Leftover .dll File From A Program I Recently Had To Forcefully Uninstall?

When I tried deleting it it would say that it is protected and I couldnt not delete. When I tried using a file shredder on it it said that the file is in use and cant be shredder. What is there to do?
