How Will I Remove The “error On Temp2.exe” Sign Everytime I Turn On My Laptop?

Ever since I uninstalled the NOKIA PCsync, I am getting the “error” on temp2.exe message when I turn on my unit. Also, there is this phone browser folder that should have been removed with the “unintallation”. However, it remains and cannot be opened nor deleted. I tried the “change/ remove” in the control panel but I couldn’t find this browser there.

The vendor supplying the Dll should be contacted for a new DLL” This message keeps coming up and i have no idea what it means or what it is referring to. The only thing I can think of is we have 2 laptops on a wireless network and about 4 months ago i changer my IE6 to IE7 I have had no problems with this but the other laptop was changed last week and evvr since it was changed we both get the same message!!! Can anyone please tell me what this means? and how i can fix the apparent problem! Thank you so much!!

Everytime I boot up my computer, I get a Security_Console message saying:
“Component ‘actskn43.ocx’ or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid”
How can I fix this?
