when i attempted to download yahoo messenger, the message came up on my screen that i didn’t have a DLL library to read the program. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Monday, August 31st, 2009I uninstalled the program and deleted the folders as suggested. Then reinstalled and I still get the same error msg. I’m running Window’s vista and am wondering if that’s part of the problem even though the latest version is supposed to be vista compatible.
