I Was Hit By A Virus Tonight And Now Everytime I Try And Sign On I Get Explorer.exe Error (0×0000005)?

When I click on the error code I get to my desktop but there isn’t anything on it and my start bar won’t come up. Any Ideas how I can fix this?
