Tuesday, January 26th, 2010My copy of Portal crashes when i go through the first portal on my laptop.
I cleaned out my drivevs of clutter so i have plenty of available memory.
I have almost 1gb (.99 to be exact) of RAM and am running off of a 1.73 GHz processor with Windows Vista as my operating system. I dont know how to tell whatt kind of graphics card i have or whether it is above or below the necessary standard for the game. Also, i’ve heard that McAfee antivirus can effect the game. I have McAfee. Could that be the problem?

I think I have other drivers also not installed so I basically went and installed some I had but like it wants me to restart which I don’t want since its gonna take forever to start up again…
My main problem is my computer freezes for no reason and goes all weird and then I am forced to shut it down, and in that state it goes berserk and removes my driver and I want to know if there’s anything else…
and if anyone knows why… I just get this blue error (bsod) screen pointing to nvstor.sys but I searched online and nothing comes up, no one has a solution.

Nero.exe Error Then Says Unexpected Exemption?
Wednesday, December 9th, 2009Everytime i try to burn a movie I get a “nero.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close box.” After I click out of the box I get another one that says “unexpected exemption.” I have tried optimizing and cleaning my registry. Deleting the software and reinstalling it. Updating it and even going to nero 8 and nero 9 but nothing lets me fix my problem. What is wrong with my computer that keeps stopping me from burning the movie? It will burn cds without hesitation.

My Computer Randomly Gets A Blue Screen Then Shuts Down?
Wednesday, October 7th, 2009I recently reinstalled the OS on my computer because it was really slow and it may have had a virus or something. Now it is working better for the most part but a couple times a day it will randomly get a blue screen with some error message saying something about like dumping internal memory?
then when it restarted i did the send error report and it said the problem was caused by the “Intel PRO/Wireless LAN 2200BG adapter software (w22n51.sys)”
how can i fix this?
