Isass.exe – System Error
Security Accounts Manager initialization failed because of the following error: The handle is invalid. Error status: 0×0000008. Please click OK to shutdown and reboot into safemode, check the event log for more detailed information.
I am using Windows XP Home Edition on a COMPAQ HPQ. The error appears before the logon window and after ‘windows is starting up..’
Is it advisable to delete this file? How can I find it? In what directory? Is AVG antivirus can correct this problem or can detect this file if it is a virus?
Thank you and I really need your help.
