I Keep Getting A Program Error That Refers To Explorer.exe It Stops Me From Doing Anything On The Comp.?

This is wat it says:
“explorer.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. You will need to restart the program.
An error log is being created.”
How do I stop getting this because it is crashing my comp.?
P.S. it is sort of a pop up

I Am Not Able To Run Any Game On My Pc, It Stops With An Error .ie.game.exe Has Encountered An Problem Neds?

For eg. whenever i run ea cricket game 08 , it stops automatically with the above mentioned error, I dont have any virus problem in my pc as anitvirus is working quite well . Sometimes when the game stops , the pc turns off automatically .

How Do I Fix Flash 10a.ocx Add On Problems?it Stops My Videos When There Playing.?

Uninstall all that you see in Add/Remove. Be sure all your browsers are closed so Flash files will not be locked.
Run Toolbar Cop (google it) and delete any entries you see that relate to Flash.
Reboot. Reinstall Flash.
