I just started having this problem but when I go to shut down my comouter it wont shut down anymore. The screen turns black and this error message occurs. I have a gateway computer.

Have Aol Systemax Pc, Kept Shutting Down, Tried To Restore To Factory But Shut Down B4 Complete, Sys Boot Err?
Thursday, October 8th, 2009I have an AOL optimized PC I bought thru aol, it’s a cheap systemax PC, worked fine, but got a virus. Computer kept shutting down for nothing. There is a Tech in a Box feature to restore to previous date, but didn’t work. Resorted to Restore to Factory Settings. Everything was going fine then the whole thing shut down again before it had a chance to finish. I tried to reboot with bootable recovery CD and it didn’t work. I just get the opening DOS screen saying System boot error. Any idea how to get the CDROM to read the bootable CD? I’m broke but need my computer! I’d appreciate any help at all. If it sounds fatal, let me know.
I’m going to go nuts without a computer on this long weekend but I’m too broke to pay someone to fix it

I get that error when I login & before I shutdown my PC
I observed that it creates some files in Local Settings\temp folder
I hav winlogon.exe file at different locations…

Txtagbot.sys Keeps Shutting Down My Computer?
