The is the BSD , Blue Screen of Death , if this is the case then you have a software that its trying to read to a specifi bank of mem and well its doing it properly , also it could mean that one of you mem card is well CRASH , so i sugest you change the mem BEFORE trying any unistall software

Go to a website such as http://www.dll-files.com/ to download the dll file.
You’ll usually need to place the dll file in windows system 32 folder or else where i’m not sure of.
