Folders Infected With Virus, Removed In Safe Mode, Still Rundll Trying To Run The .dll Files, How To Stop?

I have win vista home premium, found some virus infected folders in ProgramData: sakadadu.dll, yayosiyi.dll etc. Avast, AVG were unable to remove them, manually removed in Safe mode, but still RunDLL is trying to run at starting of windows. How to stop those pop ups and permanently remove the virus.

How Do I Know If Removing A Dll File That My Free Avg Has Captured Is Safe And Will Not Crash The System?

AVG caught more than thousand infected files in my computer. The Virus vault is full and is no longer taking other affected files. So I need to delete them but I fear that it might crash my system. Since I don’t have a bootable disk, XP installer, drivers, I don’t want to crash the system in any case. Please help.
