when I right click on desktop icons an error is shown ” explorer.exe has caused an error , it will now close”After that computer hangs. How to solve this problem?

How To Turn Corrupted Run32.dll Files Etc To Their Right State?
Thursday, February 4th, 2010I was ignorantly using Microsoft C++ software and I did something, now all my main system files like run32.dll are RVR documents by file type. RVR was the name I gave to that certain C++ project. Now no software like paint, System Restore or Command Prompt works. How can I turn all my system files back to normal?
