Ok so ive done everyone known to man on the apple website to try and fix this, when i open iTunes it says cannot communicate with iPod, software wrong or needs updating, but it should work, but now that I uninstalled iTunes I cant install it at all now b.c when i try to install iTunes I get the error, “C:\WINDOWS\system32\QTJava.dll” and then QTOControl.dll, QTOLibrary.dll, QTUIPanelControl.dll, and QuickTimeCheck.ocx say they cant be unregistered, I have tryed everything, I have tried changing permissions and cleaning the regeistery, and then it says HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\Quic…
then it says rolling back action and stops installing so nothing is succesful at all and that means no iTunes b.c no Quicktime someone plz help, I hope this is enough information to help you help me
