The Procedure Entry Point Shreggetvaluew Could Not Be Located In The Dynamic Link Library Shlwapi.dll?

I am upgrading a friend’s computer and she has IE6. I want to put IE8 on it but it gives me the error “The procedure entry point SHRegGetValueW could not be located in the dynamic link library SHLWAPI.dll” what does it mean and how do i fix it?

I Get The Following Error Messages – Bttray.exe Unable To Locate Component And Entry Point Not Found?

I get the following error messages – BTTray.exe unable to locate component and entry point not found, reinstalling the application may fix this problem! unfortunately it hasn’t. This happened after I deleted it in error (a Broadcom program). Dose anybody know how I can resolve this?

How Can I Point A Program To Iphlpapi.dll ?

I have to programs that give me this error message when I try to start them.
“The procedure entry point GetAdaptersAddressess could not be located in the dynamic link library iphlpapi.dll”
It doesn’t give me the option to find the file. The file is in my computer.
