Every time i try to open a photo or a link sent via msn messenger i get this message that says i dint have xul.dll. Help!!!

Thursday, October 29th, 2009I just connected my Kodak camera to my computer to load the pictures on my memory card to Kodak Gallery. However instead of loading an error came up stating “The file ‘DcPtp.sys.’ on Eastman Kodak is needed”. It goes on to ask me to type in the location of the file. I do not know how to find this file and the location it is presumed to be at (C:\Program Files\Common Files\KODAK\KODAK_DR) comes up with nothing, as does the other Kodak files.
Does anybody know what I can do to make my pictures load and fix this problem?
