I have Reg Cure & it doesn’t fix the problem, & I dont know how to find this dll, so I cant register it. Please help, Its been happening for like two weeks.

Monday, August 24th, 2009I get “Cannot execute \windows\pmnotify.exe” error every time i turn on my pocket pc. Dell Axim x50v WM2003SE.
Please, give me the exact procedure to get rid of this message.
I can’t download programs right now to fix it, i don’t want to install more programs.
