If you can’t remove it, or repair Windows with any of the answers here, then your best bet is a CLEAN reinstall of Windows, assuming you have the disks that came with your computer. YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING ON YOUR COMPUTER.
You could also take it to a reliable technician.

Lsass.exe Slave Hard Drive Communication Error?
Thursday, August 20th, 2009I recently re-installed windows XP on my PC, and since then I’ve been getting a problem where suddenly programs will stop opening or closing, but the ones open still run ok. It won’t let me do anything, even run rask manager or shut down the PC. Sometimes I’d get a message saying lsass.exe error and then a 60 second countdown until my PC restarts. I’ve figured out it seems to happen when I access files on my secondary hard drive, installed after I bought the PC. Could this be a problem with BIOS settings or maybe some driver I need?
