When scanning with Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 (Paid ORIGINAL FULL Version with database updated today), It’s coming Vulnerability- C:\WINDOWS\system32\SWFLASH6.OCX I then restored my laptop to my recent point (4 days ago) And when I try to open my firefox Browser… It’s not opening and something like this appears…
MICROSOFT VISUAL C+ + Runtime Library Runtime error!
Program C: \Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application’s support team for more information.
This problem started only after I downloaded Youtube Videos in mp4 (high quality) by right clicking and saving “save link as” from the site keepvid.com… I downloaded 6 to 7 youtube videos from that site and saved to my desktop and I scanned with my KIS 2009 before opening and it didn’t detect anything… I also have many Site Advisors like WOT, Mcafee site advisor (free), Web Security Guard, etc. Nothing said Keepvid.com dangerous or even semi dangerous… :’7( When I downloaded last and its previous videos only I saw that poor quality in my videos (which are of good quality in format like .mp4, .vob etc) which I have explained previously… But my other browsers like Internet Explorer, Google Chrome are working correctly… How to get rid of this problem? Please say… I will be Thankful to you ever and I will even SERIOUSLY VOTE YOUR ANSWERS BEST FOREVER… Please do help… :7)

Does Having Internet Explorer And Mozilla Firefox Installed On My Computer Cause Problems?

Friday, August 21st, 2009

Since (I think) I installed firefox 3 on my computer, my flash player plugin flash9.ocx hasn’t been working. Everytime I try to play videos on youtube, BBC iPlayer or anything else, after a couple of minutes it always comes up with that error message and closes the program on both browsers. Please could someone tell me if thats whats making it go all odd?
thanks
