Why Does My Computer Automatically Restart Every Time I Press “play” When I Run Maplestory?
Saturday, February 13th, 2010This is the scenario:
I log on to my user account on my computer.
I wait until my computer finishes loading and press the MapleStory shortcut on my desktop.
The familiar update notices loads. I press “play”
The game connects to server.
The picture of the mushroom appears, then disappears.
Screen goes black.
Computers automatically restarts itself.
Then when I log back on windows tells me it rcovered from a serious error.
I disabled the automatic startup on my computer by right-clicking My Computer, Properties, Advanced tab, Startup Options.
I ran MapleStory again. The blue screen of death pops up displaying this.
A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. The problem seems to have been caused by the following file: dump_wmimmc.sys

Friday, February 12th, 2010When I start my computer I get an error message saying that the file C:\WINDOWS\system32\yamileju.dll cant be found. I searched on Yahoo and found a French webpage that said something pertaining to trojan. Can someone advice what this message is about and what I need to do to get rid of it during start up.
