My computer has been doing this for about 4 weeks. It only happens when i shut down or restart my computer, it seems like its doing everything normal untill this blue screen with the righting pops up. Now the only way to turn it off is holding down the power button. Its only about 3 years old, and has always worked great untill now. Please help im very desprate. Alcohol 120 Blue Screen Of Death?
Sunday, September 27th, 2009I just downloaded alcohol 120 trial version, installed it, and it told me to restart my pc because it was going to disable some kind of kernal debugger. So, it turns out i needed the debugger, and my pc starts, scans c: drive for errors, logs on, freezes, and the blue screen of death appears, stating it is dumping memory one by one, with the ” page fault in non paged area” and the file named css-dvp.sys” error. can someone help?

Friday, September 25th, 2009So i got this error code 80010514. Ive checked around it seems to the Blu-Ray player lazer problem. So i guess I have to send in my system to Sony. (the sys. has been freezing alot lately and it wont read the games after it locks up) Does anyone know how long the wait time is to get it back to me? Also if they “fix” it and it does it again, can I exchange it for a new one? 
Fltmgr.sys Blue Screen Of Death?
Thursday, August 27th, 2009Ok when i try to run windows after the logo screen the bsod come up saying an error about fltmgr.sys im sure this is a driver error.
But my other problem is that i cannot install or use the windows disk because my cd drive wont recognize any disks so i put it in when it allows me and nothing happens.
Also if i try to run the pc in safe mode it pops up saying you cannot run windows set up in safe mode, and it says that even if no cd is in the drive
So basically there is no way i can enter an os or even do a recovery or restore, so does anyone know of anything that i can do to fix this.
please if you do know instead of just saying stuff like boot from partitions could you explain in detail of what i should do because im not very computer literate.

Ntfs.sys Blue Screen Of Death?
Sunday, August 16th, 2009Have had a laptop for about 4 years now. As a computer expert, of course I don’t follow my own rules (I didn’t back it up). The blue screen comes up on any form of bootup (safe mode, last know…etc). Went to local computer place and got an IDE to USB interface. No matter what computer I plug the setup into, that computer instantly goes into a blue screen as well!
Hard drive is spinning. I am unable to do a windows repair from CD. Cannot chkdisk, cannot do anything except stare at a beautiful blue screen.
I have turned off autoplay and autorun on all drives in order to prevent the disk from being read when i plug it in via USB, but it still causes every computer to blue screen and get the same NTFS.SYS error…
any ideas?

Friday, July 24th, 2009well i just got a dell laptop and i keep getting the blue screen of death. my dvd player had a yellow exclamation mark next to it but i fixed that. the BSOD still comes up and i dont know what to do. i need some free software of somit to get rid of the blue screen of death. the error was driver not ERQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL or somit like that ad there was also w22n51.sys that comes up. plz help
