DellDock.exe- Configuration parser error – Anyone know what it is?

It’s my parents’ computer, they use it for email, surfing the internet, basic games (solitare) and Microsoft word. It has Trend Micro security on it, which is fully updated and has a firewall.
When you get the error, you cannot report it to windows. It just appears and you have to restart. I’m asking b/c I can’t find anyting on the internet at all about this error, so I don’t know what I can do to fix it.

Monday, December 21st, 2009I bought new PC, everything was fine until i decided to burn some cd/dvd. The nero v.6 just hanged up after cashing files…. i returned my dvd burner and got another one, installed nero v.7changed the cable, and set the burners jumper to master…the same…just this nero now generates a log file, which gives me no sense…any help would be appreciated…

Monday, October 26th, 2009I have Reg Cure & it doesn’t fix the problem, & I dont know how to find this dll, so I cant register it. Please help, Its been happening for like two weeks.
