the error is PartMgr.sys I lose everythin in memory every time I turn it off. Restore is empty and I must reset screen fonts.

The is the BSD , Blue Screen of Death , if this is the case then you have a software that its trying to read to a specifi bank of mem and well its doing it properly , also it could mean that one of you mem card is well CRASH , so i sugest you change the mem BEFORE trying any unistall software
