I’m running Windows 7 on “HP Probook 4710s” laptop, and when open the speakers menu in system tray and click on “speakers (SoundMAX integrated digital HD audio)” it opens up an error message: Windows shell Common Dll has stopped working” and finds no solutions online, my drivers are installed correctly as far as device manager says, and I have found no answers googling it. Any suggestions please?
Thanks in advance
