Additional details:
Ok, i recently installed Kaspersky antivirus because my AVG did not detect 1 particular virus, I uninstalled AVG and installed Kaspersky… It removed the viruses and worms BUT when i restarted it, as soon at it loads windows it always crashes!
I tried to reinstall windows but, i can’t get to cmos but F10 key is not functioning. dunno why.
BUT i can still boot windows by using the Safe Mode (with networking). or by Diagnostic mode startup. makes me think that it’s NOT a hardware issue.
Please tell me what to do.

Ipod Causes Bsod When Uploading Videos, Need Help?

I had this Ipod Classic 80Gb since last year and the Ipod software is up to date including the iTunes. My problem only occurs when I convert my videos and transfer them to the unit. It seems that my Ipod no longer accepts large files to be uploaded which is highly unlikely. By the way, my Ipod classic still has 76Gb of free space and I use Windows XP sp3.
Uploading pictures and music is not a problem but when I upload even a single video, a BSOD would occur.
Since I just updated my iTunes 8 to iTunes 9, I figured that this was the problem. So, I have uninstalled the iTunes 9 and reinstalled the iTunes 8, but I still have the same problem. I have also tried connecting on different USB ports and still the BSOD occurs. I have no idea on what to do next and was hoping I could get any ideas from you.

Friday, January 22nd, 2010On a Toshiba X500 00X, keep getting a BSOD with the error message above.. Usually happens within 5 minutes of logging on.. The BSOD also says something about tcpip.sys … Brand new laptop, haven’t even changed any of the drivers :S RAM is fine..
Help With My Computer’s Bsod.?
Monday, January 18th, 2010recently whenver my computer is turned on after a shut down a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) appears. I think it is to do with graphics drivers/cards as it states the file nvlddmkm.sys (something to do with nvidia) in the BSOD. Also the error code is 0×00000116. any help would be appreactiated.

Friday, December 4th, 2009every time I boot I get a BSOD with an error code 0×0000008e (win32k.sys), I cannot boot in safe mode, I boot from the windows setup disk and after windows setup loads files it gets me another BSOD 0×0000007b, what else can I try? Its a Dell Latitude d610 1GB RAM 1.86GHz Intel running Win XP SP2

Bsod When Loading A Disk?

I am running:
Vista Home sp2
Core 2 Quad 2.33 Ghz
4 GB RAM
Basically what the problem is, is that i get BSOD when i put a disk in the tray.
When its a blank disk it loads fine, however games and DVD’s bring BSOD with them when they are inserted.
BSOD ERROR says:
FLTMGR.SYS
STOP: 0×0000008E
Really annoying me as i cant play any of my new games
Please can somebody help me ASAP
