Tuesday, August 25th, 2009the system DLL user32.dll was erelocated in memory. the application will not run properly. The relocation occured because the dll c:\windows\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for windows system dlls. The vendor supplying the dll should be contacted for a new dll.

Now, I keep getting a ccapp.exe error and sometimes when I try to turn off my computer it will not shutdown. Is this ccapp.exe error the result of me uninstalling Norton or is there something else going on here?
