fix computer errors

hi! im really having some problems with both my laptop and pc. i think they were infected by some sort of virus/malware. I already cleaned my pc with spyware terminator and avast but still problem occurs. this is what happens
LAPTOP: everytime I plug in my usb flash drive, these errors appear (xcopy.exe & attrib.exe). i tried closing them but still they keep on popping. bad thing is i cant shutown the laptop afterwards.
PC: happens when i remove a disc from the dvd drive. same error appears. but i can close the cmd boxes after i insert the cd.
What I’ve noticed is it started when the black cmd box appears after windows starts up. i already did the rsm refresh .bat file and ran autofix but still having the problems. I really need some help. TIA.
