I Have A Data Miner On My Pc (explorer.dll) Which Anti Virus Or Xoftspy Find But Cant Remove?

it calls itself explorer.dll in system32 but the file doesnt exist. I think the other half of the hack tool, the part that contacts the creator, has been removed but this still remains. can anyone help orknow where i can get help to remove it?

I am pretty sure i have a trojan on my laptop. I tried downloading avg to get rid of it and it keeps having this one stupid error even though i did everything possible..btw the error isError: Action failed for file avgmfx86.sys: starting service….

and i read online that this one guy could download avg once he got rid of his torrent by using malwarebytes anti malware. when i try to install it, it keeps saying Malwarebytes Anti Malware has stopped working windows is checking for a solution and then it shuts down. What can i do to get rid of the trojan??

i am using Kaspersky orginal . last time when i did a full system scan i found in report like this :

also in status i am getting Anti -Spam traning required , Training on 50 not spam emails is required.

u should install anti virus that can healed the file without delete it.
For example : Norton Anti Virus 2007 (with new update), it lethal weapons for all new threads and risk of virus, spyware, trojan, etc.

i use avg free as anti virus. It’s started detecting virus in c:\windows\system32\file2001.ocx and other such .ocx files which even after putting into virus vauls are still popping up. Tried system restore to an earlier date but didn’t work. Need urgent help!

keep getting this error message during attmpts to install the free software. What does it mean and how can I correct the problem?
I have the AVG software on my other pc and it works fine. I just bot this new Dell machine and it won’t let me install the AVG anti virus software.
