Add-on Question?
Saturday, September 26th, 2009Hi, my IE crashes whenever I tried to view some media files.
I’ve tried to re-install it and updated to the version, but the problem still persists. And firefox or any other browser won’t even open the files. Please help me!!

My Internet Explorer Crashes Due To An Add-on?
Saturday, September 5th, 2009Okay here is the problem: Whenever I view a trailer at a site called gametrailers.com, sometime as soon as it opens the trailer in quicktime or window media player format (whichever I chose) I get pop up saying “Sorry for the inconvinience, but internet exlorer needs to shut down due to an ad-on error” Now the ad-on is listed as “Flash9.ocx”. I tried reinstalling the flash9, but I get the same error. I even tried to delete the ad-on & tried reinstalling it, but I get the same error. I don’t know what to do. Any suggestions?

Just recently when using the internet the above add-on causes the website to crash. I’ve gone in and disabled the add-on, but then the website that I want to watch doesn’t load. So I enabled it again and it’s ok from time to time but then it crashes again.
I have updated my Flash player; same problem continues.
Any ideas? (Not very technical so easy to follow answers please!)
