From what I hear, this is happening because of a Windows security update. Apparently after the update, many users were getting this error with many of their applications.
First let me tell you – DO NOT EVER delete DLL files, unless you know what you are doing. DLL files are files used to communicate between programs, and if you delete the wrong one, then it could affect your computer even starting up.
Microsoft has issused a fix for this that is suppose to work.
