Why Is Avg Free Edition Unable To Install On Here?

I’ll try to provide you with as much information as possible on this one:
- Windows Vista home premium 32 bit
AVG Ver. 8.5, build 374 (free edition)
Everytime I attempt to install it, I am met with this message:
Local machine: installation failed
Installation:
Error: Action failed for file avgmfx86.sys: starting service….
Error 0×8007013d
Does anyone know what the problem could be and what I can do to fix it?
(Yeah, I tried restarting already)

    It sounds like your comp. is infected with a rookit. Scan your comp. with the free version of http://superantispyware.com
