what is wrong with my friend computer she has window xp and all this stuff not working for her “sys restore,defrag,disc clean up,checking disc for errors” and when she try to go on her social networks sites it wont load saying page not found and she tried sys restore and it did nothing, she said she cant go back to no dates what is wrong with her computer??

Page not found means the website is down. However, it is unlikely all those sites you mentioned are down. What might be happening is something between her computer and the internet is blocking. This could be a parental block or a virus. Check if her firewall is not set to block those sites. Also try pinging those sites. Its real easy to do. Look it up from Google.
Turn it off, reboot it. Wait about 5 minutes and then turn it back on. There is a program that is still running, somewhere inside there…
