My Task Manager Does Not Work? Everytime I Started My Pc, And Use Ctrl+alt+delete?

this error pops-up:

Source: Microsoft VBScript compilation error..
Please help me fix it.

    Here is a solution for your reference:
    1)Go to start>Run>type “gpedit.Msc” without quotes.
    2)The group policy editor appears.
    3)Double Click on user configuration–>Administrative Templates–>System–>CTRL+ALT+DEL options–>Remove task manager–>Choose the “disabled” option and click “OK”.
