My laptop works completely fine until I get to random points in games. The laptop will just crash, completely turn off, with no error message. It will then automatically restart as if I have shut it down normally, with no error message displayed upon log-on, apart from something about SQL servers, which have appeared ever since I manually uninstalled MS Office 2007. On my flight Simulator (ms 2004), it will do this whenever I open a flight, and switch to an external view. On another game it will crash whenever I open the options menu. I have tried updating the drivers, but I have absolutely no idea what is wrong with it, it has never done it before. Anybody know the cause / solution of this extremely annoying big?
Here is my DxDiag report, don’t know if it helps.

Yea, since your graphics card is built into the motherboard, you should check it to see if it is loose.
The computer you have has a very basic graphics adapter in it. The Intel Graphics adapters are barely good enough to do HD video, let alone 3d gaming.
You should see if the games that crash have any updates available for them. Often times, this will solve the issue.
Another option would be to make sure you have all the available windows updates by going to windowsupdate.microsoft.com.
If neither of those options help, then the game is too much for the graphics adapter and you don’t have many other options.
Id check you graphics card ist broken or loose on the mother board, otherwise check you areplaying game that are compatable with your system!!!!
Whats wrong is your display driver has failed due to the high volume of high grapgics the driver has to display in order to correct this you should not install any Sims games and remove all of your games but save the files and reinstall them after you have deleted everything on your graphics display driver.
