u should install anti virus that can healed the file without delete it.
For example : Norton Anti Virus 2007 (with new update), it lethal weapons for all new threads and risk of virus, spyware, trojan, etc.

go to avast.com. Download and install the professional version. During installation it will ask you if you want to do a boot time scan…. Click YES. It will scan the computer BEFORE windows starts allowing windows components other than the kernel to be scanned and repaired. If you have problems booting windows afterwards, repair windows as a virus was in one of the files windows requires.
What does your anti-virus program suggest you do? Does it give you the option to disinfect/remove? If it does, I suggest you do that.
