    stop 0×8e are mainly occuring due to fauly RAM on the computers. If you are expert you can try removing the ram and try to place any other ram on the computer.
    NB: Windows xp needs minimum of 128 mb of ram so please try to insert some thing above that and try to restart the computer and work on it

    defragment your hard drive and see if this still happens
