I Can’t Log Into Windows Xp – Even Safe Mode Won’t Work!!!?

Hi, I cannot get my pc to boot at all.
I get to the screen to chose a safe mode option, i pick safe mode or safe mode with networking and the pc just reboots, won’t go any further.
In desperation i chose another option, which gave a blue screen with an error message of ‘hri755a.sys’
i am infected with system guard 2009, and know how to remove it using anti malware etc, but as i can’t get onto the pc what do i do?

    Boot with a boot CD (BartPE would be a good choice here) with the malware removal program on it. You’ll have to make a BartPe CD on another computer. http://nu2.nu/pebuilder/
