reboot your pc press f8
select &quot;run last good configuration&quot; something like that
it should work
or
2.
reboot your pc press f8
select &quot;safe mode&quot;
if you access on safe mode
try un-Installing the last progam you installed on your computer
3.
worst 
reset your computer (I&#039;ll delete all files)
press f11
