Help! I’m Getting A Bsod Stop Error And I Can’t Uninstall The Driver For A Wireless Card. What Should I Do?

I’m getting a BSOD stop error 0×00000050. “Page fault in the nonpaged area”. This happens when I try to disable the wireless card. I also tried to uninstall the driver for the wireless card, but I got the BSOD.
It also says “the problem seems to be caused by the following file: rtl8185.sys

    replace that filehttp://www.runscanner.net/fileinfo/rtl81…
boot in safe mode and uninstall the file then try in normal boot and see if you can do a scan with your antivirus or antispy software.

This means that a file it is trying to find no longer exists (where it is supposed to anyway). I would try to run a hardware diagnostic on the card to see if it is functioning properly. Also try to update the driver on it. I know this sounds stupid because you are trying to get rid of it, but it is really the best option to make it work so it can be removed. I would also recommend you use the remove hardware feature in the control panel. Once the hardware has been removed from the system, turn off the computer and physically remove the device. Then restart. Another thing to check is the card may not be seated properly. This would also cause this error.

    Do a “System Restore”
go to Start – programs – accesories – System Restore, Click on “Restore my computer to an earlier time. Follow the instructions and restore the system to a date before you installed the driver or program. After the computer restart, “check” your problem should not be there!!!

The quickest thing I could recommend is doing a system restore to a time when it was working, or from before you installed it.
What kind of Operating System are you using? And what kind of wireless card is this? (MAKE/ MODEL?) (USB/ PCI/ CARDBUS?)
