o my gosh! Don’t worry! I have the same exact computer and I got that problem 2! but don’t worry because I know how to fix it! you need a windows update. You go to microsoft windows updates and then run it! then your problems will be solved! But untill you do that, to get the screen away if it doesn’t go away when you click a button, you flip over the laptop, take out thee battery, unplug the plug that is charging it, then place the battery back in! <3 I can’t beleive you had that problem 2! i thought I was the only one! Glad I could help! bubi! ~ Kat Hartford

I am kind of a computer nerd and when this happened all I did was download a free program called CCleaner, ran it cleaned the registry with NSA level passes then I, (It is avaliable at http://www.filehippo.com.) After I did this I ran chkdsk. Goto start, all programs, accessories, run. When the box comes up type in “chkdsk.exe”. After I did this I had no problems. If this doesnt work and you need help with it let me know I am an authorized acer dealer.

Try turning your computer COMPLETELY off[NOT restarting] by the off button. Wait a full 1 minute & turn it back on. See if that solves it.
In situations like this, restarting often doesn’t help.
Did you accidently hit any links in any spam email while your where checking your email?
If you can get back on your computer, running a virus scan would be advisable.
Those numbers you give could mean something or nothing, but I’m not a tech support person & I don’t know what they could mean, sorry.

  9. get ccleaner to clean out the registry –free
use your boot disk and see if it comes up in safe mode
if it does get A-squared and spybot to clean the junk off your hard drive
    good luck : ]
