Getting Problem While Installing Windows Xp?

Hi,
I’m getting Blue Screen With Memory dump Error. While Installing Windows Xp SP2. And Its not Installing Blue Screen with Memory Dump is coming with Stop: 0×00000000 something like this.
*** STOP: 0×0000008E (0xC0000005, 0xF6C9AE7E, 0xF71CC224, 0×00000000)
But In Windows Xp SP1 Its Installing correctly without any error. But Problem is I don’t have SP2. Could any one tell me why this is happning with my Comp. Also I have changed RAM and Tried a lot.
I have AMD 2200+ with nVidia (A7N266 VM) and 512MB RAM Installed with SAMSUNG 7200rpm 40 GB HDD.
1. How can I Gat Windows Xp Service Pack 2 from the Internet. I don’t have Internet connection at Home whats the size and url to get this.
2. In which edition of Digit or CHIP CD have windows XP SP2 given.
3. Priviouly I was Installed that Windows Xp with SP2 CD and It was working fine but now its not working the CD is totally Ok and working with my friends computer.
4. nv4_mini.sys -Address F6C9AE7E what is this?

    Wnidowa XP with ServicePack 1 can be installed andthen you can download SP 2. I can give you a link that deals with hard drive problems. Some RAM/ hard drive problems can be easily fixed yourself by using easily available tools. I found the info at http://fixit.in useful

    Remove all exisitng partitions and quick format (not full format) them. Install the OS again. The blue screen will come if you have a bad sector or the Win XP CD is defective.
