Avg Anti Virus Software Installation Problem: Fileavg7rsw.sys Message Error During Installation?

keep getting this error message during attmpts to install the free software. What does it mean and how can I correct the problem?
I have the AVG software on my other pc and it works fine. I just bot this new Dell machine and it won’t let me install the AVG anti virus software.
Any suggestions?

    Delete that program and download another copy. Regards.
