The computer is stuck in a reboot restart mode. I am absolutely unable to log in unless I use the console.

This is a major issue of windows. when windows has corrupted then, we have not other option other than reinstall windows. which takes a lot of time … so i think its better to always get away from this problem. Use registry cleaner to make a long life of ur Windows. Just download good quality registry cleaner
