Question On Quicktime And Itunes?

Ok so ive done everyone known to man on the apple website to try and fix this, when i open iTunes it says cannot communicate with iPod, software wrong or needs updating, but it should work, but now that I uninstalled iTunes I cant install it at all now b.c when i try to install iTunes I get the error, “C:\WINDOWS\system32\QTJava.dll” and then QTOControl.dll, QTOLibrary.dll, QTUIPanelControl.dll, and QuickTimeCheck.ocx say they cant be unregistered, I have tryed everything, I have tried changing permissions and cleaning the regeistery, and then it says HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\Quic…
then it says rolling back action and stops installing so nothing is succesful at all and that means no iTunes b.c no Quicktime someone plz help, I hope this is enough information to help you help me :)

    Take that garbage ipod back and get a real player! There are more posts here on ipods about software and hardware failing it aint funny! Apple never could compete with the rest of the world in anything they did! I very seldom see troubles here with any other player! Get a Creative Labs player!
