Ocx Error Accessing The Ole Registry?

when i try to instal some softeare i ger the following mesage
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTAM32\MACROMEDIA\FLASH.O…
Error accessing the OLE registry.
Please suggest me solution

    Ocx file which is required to run Visual basic made program or any other’s is missing in your computer. Note the name of Ocx File and download From google.
    and copy that ocx file and paste in system32 folder of Windows (c:)
    and register the File>
    go to run and type>
    regsvr32 windowssystem32something.ocx (I’ve supposed something.Ocx file as your missing ocx file)
