In Kaspersky How I Fix Vulnerability Event?, Also I Am Seeing A Message Anti Spam – Traning Required? Pls Help?

i am using Kaspersky orginal . last time when i did a full system scan i found in report like this :
1) 3/25/2009 7:01:11 PM Detected vulnerability C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\Flash9f.ocx Veryhttp://www.viruslist.com/en/advisories/34012 C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\Flash9f.ocx Very dangerous
2) 3/25/2009 6:33:43 PM Detected vulnerability C:\Programhttp://www.viruslist.com/en/advisories/29773 C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 8.0\Reader\plug_ins\Annots.api Very dangerous
3) 3/25/2009 6:33:50 PM Detected vulnerability C:\Programhttp://www.viruslist.com/en/advisories/29773 C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 8.0\Reader\AcroRd32.dll Very dangerous
also in status i am getting Anti -Spam traning required , Training on 50 not spam emails is required.
so friends i am requesting you to solve this problem for me

    Right the simplest way to resolve this is to download the new versions of these software, i know because im using KIS 2009 and i get these every so often aswell
    Flash 10 from here http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoi…
    Adobe Reader 9 from here http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/
    But i’d advise you remove Adobe Reader altogether and get Foxit which is a much better PDF viewer & runs faster too, its found here if you want it http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/reader/
